How long does it take to get a response?

Our standard timeframe is 4-5 business days. If you have an urgent need you can expedite your case for an additional $150 at checkout which will reduce the timeframe to 2-3 business days. For live meetings, response time is based on schedule availability and the date/time you select.

What happens if you can't solve my case?

The only exceptions are for live meetings and for certain technical diagnostic cases where we offer a list of potential solutions. You will be notified during checkout if your case falls in this category, or you will be notified by our staff prior to us working on the case, so you can decide if you want to proceed ahead of time.

With technical support, do you fix the bug/issue for us?

We aim to serve our customers to the greatest extent we can. In general, we are a consultancy that provides, insight, guidance, and education that helps our clients solve their own issues in a cost-effective manner. However, if a technical issue takes equal or less time for us to fix than it does to provide an explanation on how to fix it, we will, so long as we have been given prior consent and relevant access required to fix the issue.

Do you offer advertising management and SEO services?

We offer digital marketing consulting, research, and technical support, but not done-for-you services. What that means, is we can provide you with audits, campaign reviews, research, strategy, and recommendations so you can effectively run your own ads and SEO initiatives in-house. Why is the pricing so much lower than a typical agency?

The efficient process cuts out the acquisition, onboarding expenses, and time associated with taking on new clients, making it possible to take on smaller cases and needs. This allows us to still hire experts to provide excellent solutions to our clients, without charging typical agency prices.
